In 2013 I started managing the Australian side of Jaxonbilt Hats International for Bernice and Roy. They are based Idaho, USA. I managed the Australian branch,  taking orders and communicating with Australian clients for them.

The business rapidly expanded and I started making the Jaxonbilt horse trough Palm Hats here in Australia as demand grew. 

Bernice and Roy flew me over to Idaho to the Jaxonbilt shop a few times for tuition from master hatters over there.  They are very talented in their craft and produce excellent quality hats.

Then in 2019 I purchased the Australian side off Bernice and Roy. Jaxonbilt Hats Australia was created and I am based on our property called Coorahbar which is just outside of Clermont Central Queensland.  

I make all the palm hats and crossbred hats here and I ship them all over Australia directly to my clients.  The cowboys and cowgirls range from little people through to the elderly as my product is diverse. I love being able to speak personaly to my clients about their ideas and to be able to create a hat that they will enjoy wearing and feel comfortable in.

I don’t make replica hats and you cannot not click on a photo and order it in your size. Each hat is individually made for my clients and they are never exactly the same. I can make one for you similar if you love someone’s hat but it won’t be exactly the same.
